As owner and primary inspector of Aardvark since 2010, Norm has been passionate about making residential and commercial spaces healthier for individuals suffering from the mysterious health impacts that can result from mould exposure.
Decades of diverse and varied experience in the construction industry, which spanned commercial, industrial, and residential, led Norm to acquire his home inspection license. It was this work on Vancouver Island’s rainy west coast which introduced him to the prevalence and widespread impact of mould in many of the homes he inspected, including brand-new construction.
Norm’s experience, dedication, and unsurpassed attention to detail make him and his staff invaluable in both finding the source of mould and offering appropriate and thorough remediation.
